Matt is a proven founder and operator with a track record of scaling high growth businesses. Most recently, he founded Kameo Health, a testing & diagnostics company that grew to $45 million in annual revenue in three years with a team of 350 employees and offices in 14 states. Prior to Kameo, Matt helped start a cryptocurrency that raised $100 million via an ICO in 2017 where he led partnerships and operations.

Nick is an experienced investor having spent his career at Goldman Sachs, Echo Street Capital, and Citadel. His experience includes investing, evaluating, raising capital, and M&A for small, medium, and large private and public companies with a focus on exceptional management teams and founders. At Echo Street, assets under management grew from $2bn to $15bn, including helping raise and launch a $1bn crossover growth fund, where he led $200m of investments into private growth companies
