Frequently Asked Questions

What do you mean by partner?

We view every clinic we bring on as a true partner. We are dedicated to elevating every clinic by respecting its unique legacy while driving sustainable growth and long-term success. We spend significant time working directly with the clinics we acquire, partnering with providers to handle everything from business and finance to marketing and operations.

Will you change the brand of my practice?

We are typically partnering with clinics that have developed reputable brands over many years. We aim to invest in expanding the legacy of these brands, rather than merging them into an existing one. In select cases, we might choose to integrate brands if it makes sense based on specific regional or market factors.

Can I still practice after partnering with Grove?

Of course. We want all of our clinical providers to continue practicing as long as they desire. If clinical providers wish to transition out of the business, we will work with them to develop a plan that is mutually beneficial.

What will happen to my clinical team after partnering with Grove?

A top priority in our acquisitions is retaining strong existing teams. We believe that happy and motivated clinical providers and teams drive the most successful clinics. We will work with you to develop a plan to ensure the existing team remains happy, motivated, and provided with opportunities for professional development.

How much will you pay for my practice?

We look at many different variables. The valuation will depend on factors including profitability, growth, revenue composition, and operational efficiency.

How are deals typically structured?

We are flexible in structuring our partnerships. They could comprise either an all-cash payout or an equity roll component, where you keep the minority.
